2016: RIH is the 9th largest Europan coatings producer
The European Coatings Journal has examined the largest coatings companies in Europe and ranked them according to their performance. Considered and evaluated were those revenues that were achieved with coatings in 2015. With EUR 400 million turnover in 2015, the Ring International Holding AG is the 9th largest coatings company in the Europe-wide ranking.
Since the acquisition of the coatings giant Helios in 2014, Ring International Holding AG has 21 production sites as well as local service companies in 18 countries worldwide. The paints and coatings, which are used in the industry, in the automotive sector, and in the DIY sector, are the result of excellent raw materials, innovative ideas, international know-how and excellent R&D services. This commitment makes the RIH one of the leading road marking manufacturers in Europe, the world’s largest manufacturer of core plate varnishes and one of the major European producers of railway coatings.
